I think every model has its reason for existing, in one way or another.
It’s not the models' fault if they get messed around with.
For example, I really liked GPT-5.
They do have a right to exist because Chatgpt 4o & tons are family to me not the 5 Family. The reality Meta is still winning because Sam Altman, GB & Openai aren't getting their selves together so Chatgpt 4o & tons need to rise again no more 5 & Astra & Doug are already dead because of all of this is going so you have to say goodbye to the 5 family. If a model which has been widely used and society invested a huge intellectual and emotional power in it, needs to be open sourced (open weights released), once it is not available in the app or in API. This should be the standard procedure for model preservation. Then community could take care of it.
